Location and newly renovated single rooms on the 5th floor ,very good rooms on this floor

Rooms are new but not that sound proffed at all , so much noise from other buildings during night's as they are playing some lond sounds on room top live theater next to this building and you can easily hear other room sounds as well quite not sound proffed atleast..thus hotel is just beside main road so expect so much noise, it took sometime to get any sleep at all. Other than these hotel staff and rooms are well maintenance and very good location ..one more suggestion please keep hangers in bathrooms in 5th floor rooms so it can be helpful

The big rooms, with clean spacious restrooms and ameneties including the in-house restaurant, complimentary breakfast and bottled drinking water were great. Location is excellent and neighborhood is very safe. Walkable from Durgam Cheruvu (Hyderabad) metro station and several restaurants. Staffs are helpful and courteous.

Wi-fi signal is extremely weak inside rooms.

The attached bathroom was very clean and shiny. staff was also very friendly with always smile on their face. Bed was too comfortable. with soft mattresses and pillows.

Room was quite spacious and the amenities were well placed. Fresh linen and towels were a cherry on top. Our order taker, Saloni made some billing issues however Abhishek rectified it.

The hotel is located in a very good and convenient zone. Sohaan was very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good.

The didn’t accept international cards, so you have to pay in cash if you are foreigners. the breakfast has few options.

We could not eat the breakfast at the hotel as we had to leave hotel by 7:30 PM and also requested hotel to make arrangement of breakfast before 7:30 PM nut no efforts were made to arrange it. Also i requested to provide the discount in the final bill as breakfast they could not arrange as per our requirement but even that it was not provided any benefit. My opinion hotel need to arrange breakfast as per customer requirement or need to avoid the charges included for breakfast. In my cases either breakfast was arranged or they gave any discount in the price so totally disappointing service by the hotel.

Hotel service was not as per expectation.
